| Jacobs & Dembert, P.A., is a Baltimore Inner Harbor law firm engaged in a general civil practice including business and corporate law, health law, probate and estate planning, taxation and real estate. The firm was started in February, 1996, by Jim Jacobs and Dave Dembert, both of whom practiced in the 1980's with Frank Bernstein Conaway & Goldman, a large regional law firm, and, subsequently, with their own small firms in the early 1990's. The firm has grown since its creation in response to the needs of the clients and is committed to providing the highest quality legal services in a thoroughly personal and professional manner. Maria Filardi joined Jacobs & Dembert, P.A., in 1998, after spending the initial stage of her legal career at a large national law firm. Andy Dale became an associate in August, 2007, after successful completion of a judicial clerkship in Baltimore. The firm enjoys the highest rating ("AV") awarded by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory for legal ability and ethical standards. |
